「There were very loud cars and motorcycles racing all night long. Then the gun shots came. Add the police and fire truck sirens and it was the worst night sleep I have ever had in a hotel. The hotel itself was fine but the location was terrible !」

「The breakfast was great, our room was spotless, bed was comfy, but the staff at the front desk was the best part of our stay. They were amazing!」

「Free parking, staff was helpful and attentive, room was clean but rundown. The common areas of the hotel are terribly dirty and disgusting. The carpets all need removed and updated. Just not what we have experienced at other Bally properties. The casino is clean and carpets are newer and well maintained. The sports bar in the casino has great food and service. If you are going to gamble, I recommend this casino, but I would not stay at this hotel again.」

「I booked through Expedia with no problems, and the check-in staff was great! The food at the bistro was sub-par I do not recommend. The bad part was, as a woman traveling alone someone knocked on my door early on check out day and then got the keys out to open my door I quickly tried to open it and they walked away. I cannot recommend for safety reasons.」
