「Our first room the air conditioner rattled. The next room it smelled of cigarette smoke throughout. The shower leaked onto the floor. Floors in and around the baseboards were dirty. Won’t be staying there anytime soon.」

「I guess when the sleek modern new rooms, it means ZERO storage. No closets, no counters, no desk for laptops. The smallest mini fridge I've ever seen. We had to hang our clothes on pegs on the wall. I had to use my laptop on the bed. The bathroom as well, no room to put your stuff. Now that I'm done ranting, the staff was incredible and the location was flawless. Walking distance to Tropicana Field and so many restaurants and shops. Be careful in the shower, I slipped and hit my head so...

「Toilets didnt flush consistently in 2 different rooms we were assigned to. We had to pick the best. We were not offered any compensation for the defective toilets. We explained that we needed a properly functioning toilet due to medical issues but the problem was not resolved. Breakfast was sloppy and barely warm. The stairwell smelled and was filthy, worried about touching anything as you might catch something. Were told we would have a room attendant to clean and tidy but nobody ever came. 」
