"The hotel was close to canal street and the streetcar. Really enjoyed that! The only thing I didn’t like was my mattress in my room sunk down probably do to a lot of people sleeping on that side. "

"This location was Great! Close to the shopping areas and events. Initially, there was an issue with the room I booked and the manager at the location reached out to me to explain and rectified the matter. I was pleased with the breakfast options and this location was in the cut next to a park. I will recommend this location and will book this hotel the next time I come to New Orleans. "

"Staff was wonderful, very helpful and pleasant and grounds were kept up and clean. We had a room with no windows, but wasn't a big deal. We were out enjoying New Orleans and looking at everything while we were out and about. Would highly recommend this Hotel!!"

"The staff were superb! The hotel is charming and ideally located in the French Quarter. And when we arrived to find that our reservation (made through Expedia) had been canceled due to a problem between Expedia and the credit card company, Beverly (at the front desk) was terrific and calming. She took care of the problem with the best of true Southern hospitality. I miss seeing her and the rest every day. They were like family. "

"Cute and cozy boutique hotel with lovely decor. Check-in was very quick and easy. Front desk staff were always friendly, kind, and attentive. Complimentary bottled water, just ask the front desk nicely! Free 2 oz wine tasting. Comfortable king size bed. Good location, short enough walk to Bourbon Street/Jackson Square but far enough from the noise to get some sleep. Sliding bathroom door can be tricky and gets stuck sometimes. Super thin walls. I can make out the words people are saying in the...
