"Only issue I had was the extra charges with no explanation as to what they were for. Unless they charged for the shampoo and conditioner. Couldn't have been the body wash, considering it was empty. Maybe it was the sponge that we used and tossed when we left. I mean, who wants to use someone else's dirty sponge?"

"Let me first say my trip to Dallas started off rocky with flight delays and my rental car place running out of cars, not getting to the hotel until 1:30am and needing to be at my conference for 8am...so having great hotel stay really helped to turn my trip around.
