"The night staff including the front desk lady, and the bartender/cook, and the "all around helper" were the best we ever experienced! Finding the hotel was very difficult as our we and our Google maps missed the hotel 3 times... the 4th time was a charm. The hotel and no luggage carts when we arrived but the desk person and the all around guy helped get our gear up to our room! We had planned on going to a nice restaurant nearby but we were burnt out fighting the traffic getting there and just had a couple of drinks at the bar and ordered a chicken quesadilla and the lady bartender and cook took fantastic care of us! The next morning it took us over 15 minutes to get hot water to our shower... the levers and rotary valves were confusing and not labeled! ... and again no luggage carts available!"

"The room was very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Need to put a sign to tell people to cover their mouth when they are coughing. Specially eating on the tables next to other people."
