「The bed wasn't comfortable, it didn't feel really clean, and the breakfast was ho-hum for that kind of price.」

「The hotel looks nice on the outside and inside. The front desk staff that checked us in later in the evening was not very friendly. There is no elevator in the building so if you have luggage or many things you will have to carry everything through the stairs ( this is not very convenient for people that has a toddler like myself, or for someone that is pregnant like another customer that was there and needed to carry all of her things up). The room is spacious but there were bugs in the room...

「Everything was excellent, except for some limit on breakfast selection, and the person who was supposed to be replenishing was not being attentive. Otherwise, everything was wonderful. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, air conditioned, and a nice fresh smell to the property. The dining area was really comfortable and pretty. 「There is no lobby. It's kept closed off from guests, but the desk person can see & be seen sitting behind the counter looking at you through the door & windows. 「Overall the room needs to be completely remodeled. The shower had cracks that were just glued together. The headboards of the bed was peeling. Even though it's complementary breakfast it's the same thing everyday. The bedsheets had holes and the list goes on and on. Wouldn't recommend this place.」

The facilities seemed new (or very well-maintained) and while the hotel didn't offer all of the amenities generally provided by a 4- or 5-star hotel, everything offered was done well.
