The room and amenities were good, as expected. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well. However the noise was absolutely ridiculous. The elevator dings extremely loud, audible from several rooms away. The sound dampening between floors is non-existent, with footsteps and toilet flushes heard very clearly. The doors have no soft closing mechanism, letting everyone on the whole floor know when a neighbor has left their room when the door slams shut. Of course this all happens in the middle night so when one person wakes up, everybody wakes up.
