Don’t sign the waiver before checking out the room!!!! Potentially the worst hotel I’ve ever encountered. Hair and blood on the bed/floor. When I talked to the staff, they refused to give a refund because I signed something saying I couldn’t get a refund regardless of circumstances. We ended up taking the $70 hit and stayed somewhere else that night.

When they say it matters where you stay they truly mean it. The property needs a major revamp. The quality of sheets, towels, appliances and furniture are so bad and outdated. I stayed for one night and almost didn't, I was willing to forfeit my payment that was made on Expedia to go to another hotel. The manager then changed my room without the whole floor smelling like smoke. I see why the rates are so low. I wouldn't suggest anyone to stay here. Only this that was comfortable was the mattress. Firm and comfy.

Staff barely spoke English. Check-in behind security glass was intimidating. Property and parking felt unsafe. Public restroom out of order. No washcloths provided in room. $70 rate was too high. I would not recommend anyone to stay there.

No, it didn’t have any pots or plates. Stuff didn’t change bed sheets or clean the room not even once; when asked, the answer was “only once a week” I would like a refund and wouldn’t recommend it to any one.

One of the worsts place, rooms are not clean, there are socks everywhere on the floor, the sheets has crumbs and stains. Floor was definitely dirty, left after 2 mins of seeing the room.

Didn’t expect this part of Rockwall to be ghetto hallway floors head stain on the carpet amenities and interior of branch looks outdated and the first floor, especially to the back of the building. Exit smells like marijuana immensely I have my daughter visiting me there and was not appreciative of that
