"Cancelled my room and was sold out. Front desk staff was not helpful and had poor customer service."

"The staff was amazing and friendly. Saturday breakfast was amazing also. The lobby is nice especially if you would like to hang out and relax outside of your room. The property seems to be in process of slowly updating. Our room set up in the oversized king was unusual with the sink area by the entry door and the shower/toilet separate. The room was on the 2 floor and not level. Ok for a no frills, short stay if you don't mind the area. "

"outdated room. I like the living room area but felt we couldnt really sit on the couch bc it was stained. So that area went to waste. Rust stain in the toilet bowl. Felt like i had to walk around with shoes or socks. Bed was clean & commmfffy as were the pillows. Lots of mirrors so me my fiance and son could get ready at the same time. The breakfast was decent. It sis the job. There was sausage, potatoes, pancakes, eggs (i think from a box), oatmeal and muffins i believe cereal? Apple and orange juice water coffee. Im a bit of a germophobe so i probably wouldnt stay here again bc it it ao outdated it feels unclean. Staff was suuuper nice!"

"It was nothing like online. The smell of weed smacked you in the face wherever you went, including your room. Torn and broken furniture, stained carpet, food on the walls. It was absolutely atrocious. We lasted 30 minutes and ended up leaving and going somewhere else. "
