"The hitel was nice. Having restaurants close by was great. However, there is not really Hotel designated parking. So when all the restaurants are busy and with an outdoor event in full swing, as a paying guest I was disappointed in not being able to park near the hotel."

This was nothing they had control over, but it was disappointing after a long drive to have to drive around Dallas for a couple more hours waiting for the power to return. "We were in town for an event at the convention center, which is a very close walk. The room and lobby and bathroom was very clean and all the staff were kind. The only downside was the wifi didnt work well, to the point I called for assistance. That person was also very kind and patient and fixed the problem... but the fix only worked for 2 hours and i couldn't get it working again. Be aware that the area isn't great, there is a large homeless population. Most dining options are towards the...

"Everyone was awesome. Especially the the gentleman who was maintenance/housekerping. The air in my room was out he immediately moved me to another room transition was smooth. The property does need at least one Keurig coffee machine. Coffee drinkers will bring our own k-cups"
