「Dirty」

「Overall, everything is pretty good. I live on the 14th floor and can see all of Dallas through the window, which should be a very pleasant thing, but a thin layer of dust on the window has dampened my spirits.」

「Check in was quick and easy. The rooms were quiet; we could not hear activity from other rooms. Tammy was the staff at breakfast and she was wonderful! So welcoming, helpful, and friendly; she made the start to our day bright and cheerful. 」

「I was very pleased with my stay here in July, 2025. My daughter and I spent 4 days in Dallas. This hotel is an easy distance from many downtown venues and events. In less than 10 minutes we got to our destinations: American Airlines Center, Klyde Warren Park, & Dallas World Aquarium. It was very clean and our room was spacious. 「Excelent hotel」

「Staff was amazing!!! 1st night everything was perfect. 2nd night i think everyone on our floor was having a party or fighting or kids screaming. Called up.front he was quick to attempt to fix it. I went down to ask him again bc they all got loud again. He went up to the room, and spoke with the one group. They kept going all night. So not alot of rest. But not on the hotel or staff. 「Very nice environment 」

「They are renovating so during the day you could hear them working on the rooms. They didnt have towels at the pool and some of the pool furniture was broken. The staff was very nice and very helpful. The room was spacious and very clean, on our second day cleaning team asked if we had any trash, which they took out and swapped out our towels for our used ones. Id recommend this property. 」
