"This hotel is one my family and I would usually book, however it has absolutely gone down hill fast. There is absolutely NO dining area on premises, zero ice machines, rust and mold in the rooms, and no coffee makers in any rooms. We had to go off property just to even get a meal or snack. Oh and housekeeping is done ONLY after you check out. So needless to say, we WON'T be staying here again."

"There was a lot of construction going on around the entrance area of the hotel. Made it kind of noisy and hard to get around. But this is a temporary thing and it will be better once its done I'm sure."

"We absolutely loved it here. Everything was extremely clean. Close to the parks, we used Uber everywhere and it wasn’t expensive at all. So many stores and food options right outside the front doors. All of the staff were amazing and so nice. Blanca was wonderful to us at check in and check out, she even gave us a coupon for a delicious restaurant across the street! There were many other people that helped us that we thought were great too, but we can’t remember their names. Our only “complaint”...

"It has a comfortable bed, and good quality pillows, and the shower also has a good size and it's very clean!! The shower’s door opens inside and outside as well! It's very comfortable! "
