「I specifically chose this hotel because it advertised having a restaurant and room service. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I found that the restaurant was closed for renovations, making one of the main reasons for my booking unavailable. There were several other issues during my stay as well. The pool closed much earlier than expected, and the door leading to the pool area was shattered, which raised serious safety concerns.
