"Paid for two superior rooms and instead got two standard rooms. The room was quite dirty, stained and our bathroom shower was plugged. Also, no mini fridge for your drinks or microwave for food in the room. Prices at the bar were in our opinion highly over priced and low quality food. Check in process took about 30 min. We left our do not disturb card on door but staff still came in regardless. Will not go to this place again. "

"The front staff was very helpful. Breakfast was amazing with scrambled eggs, a couple of regional dishes each morning, hotcakes, bread for toast, water, coffee and juices. The shuttle to the airport arrived quickly and the driver was excellent, professional, helpful and friendly. Would not hesitate to stay again."
