"Good bfast and good room. "

"I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt place last week. Unfortunately my travel companion left a sweatshirt behind. Less than a week later I came in asking if it was in the lost and found and I was told to come back the following day. When I returned they said they needed another 10 minutes to check. I went for a walk and came back waited for over a half an hour before asking again if they had found it and was told no. Seems like they would have let me sit all day waiting for an answer if I hadn’t asked again. I hope in the future they come up with a better system for lost or stolen items. "

"Highly recommend this hotel. Clean, modern and well maintained. Room is large, bed is comfortable and nice crisp linens. Staff were very friendly during check in and check out. Valet was convenient and the hotel is a perfect location for walking to restaurants, shops and breweries."
