「I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible...

「The carpets really need cleaning and the breakfast was subpar. The plates weren’t cleaned well and the French toast was burnt and cold/hard. Hot sauce was stale. The janitor vacuumed the floor right up to us as we were eating.」
