「We reported our broken tv day 2 of 4. It was never repaired. Shower did not drain. Noisy. Communication with front desk did not yield good check out as to what to do with our key. 6 hours after we left we found out.」

「We had a wonderful stay! Check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk clerk was very friendly, helpful, and explained everything we needed to know. We stayed in the family suite, which had plenty of room for everyone. The breakfast was excellent with lots of options to choose from, and the pool and hot tub were both clean and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!」

「The reto was the perfect place for me and my family to spend the week at. The staff were all very friendly and the property was well maintained. It’s in a great spot next to a lot of the great Branson attractions and restaurants and the on site pool is a great spot to go relax.」

「Highly recommend this hotel. Everything was clean. Friendly helpful staff. Loved the idea of having a yogurt bar as a selection at breakfast. Conveniently close to white water park (right next door). Everything we had planned was 20 minutes or less away from this hotel. Also was just down the road from a baseball field, saw many kiddos in baseball uniform, never seemed over crowded and parking lot was full every night.」

「Nice place. Very clean. They cater to members. Pretty expensive to have no view, next air conditioners. Staff was great. Leaky bathtub was fixed right away. Pool was very clean and nice. Starting to show its age. And they did move us from the first unit after we complained, as they were drilling holes for new pipes. (That unit should not have been rented until work was done).
