「Top notch would definitely do it again」

「If you are allergic to a cat, there is a lot of cats… I booked through Expedia. Upon arrival, the front desk couldn’t find my reservation and insisted on creating a new one with my card. After much insistence, they located it but had no room ready, forcing me to wait. Placed in a room with a strong urine smell (likely dog) in the bathroom. No room number signs in the hallway, and the same odor was in the main first-floor bathroom. No Wi-Fi password provided. Breakfast was okay. Photos on Expedia...

「The hotel has not been updated, and it would’ve been fine, if it was clean, but it wasn’t. There are stains on the carpet, we found someone else’s sock under the bed, the ceiling tiles in the bathroom were broken and stained, the tub was lined with mold, and the sink looked like it was falling off the wall. As we were checking in, another guest was complaining about it raining in her room (it was raining outside). You also cannot flush the toilet before showering. I will never stay here again.」

「Room was very clean and tidy. Cute room. Room #9 unfortunately looked over the garbage container in the back so the view wasn’t great, especially with the dirty windows. I’d ask for a room in the front next time. But, we were pleasantly Surprised that we heard no road noises from the Route 81 highway which is relatively close. Beds were quite comfortable. Would’ve liked all cotton sheets instead of 60/40 because I kept waking up: too hot, too cold. Room had a nice little frig, and a 32” Tv. It...

「The check in process was quite smooth, the lady at the front desk was quite informative. The room was nice, could of been a little more clean. Our overall stay was quite relaxing, would definitely stay here again. The kitchen is fully supplied with cookware just no lids for frying pans and only one baking sheet.」
