Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The whole experience was bad. First, when I arrived, none of the doors would work with the codes. Then the host told me to try the back door of one of the units and the entire door frame was filled with black large flies all over it, and there was a stench of death. Then they told me to try the back door of another unit. I took one step in and realized there was a hole in the floor that was covered by a rug. I’m thankful I didn’t fall through as I just recently had a hip replacement. Thankfully, the host was fairly easy to communicate with once I called and got their attention. They put me in a third unit, which was acceptable, but still very dirty. The porch was dirty. The door was dirty, and there was a dead mouse in the kitchen sink and mouse droppings all over the counter. The shower had not been cleaned, and there was a dried washcloth that had been used by the previous guests still on the curtain rod and the tub faucet dripped all night long. This is completely unacceptable for any amount per night but definitely for $160 per night not only will I never stay here again. I will be making a review on their website and calling the Better Business Bureau and the health department. No one should rent there
