Pioneer Square 3 Stars Hotels

"Unexpected fees for parking, room service, and “continental breakfast”. No on sight parking and very few options for their continental breakfast. The hotel it’s self looks clean, but there is a weird smell in the halls and there were splatters from a previous guest on the wall. Also, the handle to the bath faucet was difficult to pull out to turn on the water and it felt like it was going to fall off. The window in the room opens which is great, but there are no safety features to prevent falling out and the window was difficult to close all the way due to warped vinyl from weather."

"The hotel staff were very helpful to get me to the airport quickly when I had missed my earlier scheduled shuttle. Thank you so much for making a stressful situation turn around and I still made my flight as well. "
