"The property was amazing! The customer service from check in to the housekeepers were amazing. There were many events that are held at this hotel and I can see why! I absolutely loved my room! It was such a quick trip but a needed trip as well. I will DEFINITELY come back to that hotel!!! "

"I love the Embassy Suites it is one of my favorite hotels to stay at. My only concern at this Embassy Suite is that the hot tub jets are never working every time I visit here. This is something that they really need to look into and fix. "

"Was a bit disappointed that for the price of the hotel, there was no pool, hot tub, spa, sauna, or wven microwave in the room. The mattress was pretty uncomfortable and my back hurt the entire trip, woke up sore every morning. The staff were amazing! The food and drinks were exceptional, but still for what we paid it wasnt worth it. "

"We got here a little early and the room was not available till 3 but we were able to store our luggage in a room close to the check in. Can’t beat this location if you want to take in an Orioles game or roam the Inner Harbor area. Both within walking distance 10-15 minutes. Elevators are tight if you need to maneuver a mobility scooter. The room was pretty small as expected for an older hotel in middle of the city. Rooms were very dated but clean. "This is not a luxury hotel, but for business travel, it is a solid choice. Walls are solid. I could not hear the person in the room next to me AT ALL unless I was standing right at my door when that person shut their room door. For a hotel that offers free breakfast, the choices and quality were good, but not exceptional. Didn't appear to be anyone wiping off the tables though after someone finished their breakfast. Would have appreciated a pen and notepad in room. Staff was super friendly...

"The bathroom sink was very slow draining and the shower head seemed to be low pressure. Hard to rinse thick long hair. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay. Clean, awesome location to shopping, food, local attractions, etc. "
