It was ok for a last min lobby nice elevator takes for ever I stay 3 nights and one day breakfast voucher room was ok bed was comfortable had to get to use my own blanket bc the bed blanket was thin and the floor wasn’t clean found hair in the bed and roaches in microwave the best thing was the friendliness of Ms. Liz…..

Room was very clean the only issue was the person doing breakfast didn't show up so nobody received breakfast even though we paid for it plus the first day we was there the breakfast person was late.

This place is old and dirty. Check in was easy and the front desk staff were accommodating but that facility is horrible...mold around the tub horrible. It should be $50 per night. It is a homeless shelter too.

Ice available only on the fourth floor. Not the end of the world, but.... Clean enough but shabby... My shuttle drivers to the airport were wonderful!!! Front desk staff very nice.

The shuttle driver to the airport was the best part, very friendly and nice! Bathroom was very dirty, urine around toilet base, shower/tub area was not clean. Elevator and surroundings seemed as though it had been a very long time since they were even surfaced cleaned.

The staff was very friendly. That’s where the “good” stopped. The carpet in our room was soaked when we arrived and the room smelled like mildew. The bathroom door was so warped from water damage that it was peeling and fraying at the bottom and would not shut. Definitely don’t recommend.

The hotel is in terrible condition. It appears they are working through a renovation but we had a room that seemed to have been renovated but the craftsmanship was terrible. There was flooring missing, jagged tile thresholds in the bathroom. Lights didn't work. They painted everything but didn't replace fixtures. The bathroom door was rotten through, all the towel hooks, tp holder, and hinges in the bathroom were rusted, the shower was a mess. It was a really bad hotel room and not clean, dead bugs along the baseboards and construction debris. The textbook definition of putting lipstick on pig, and they did a really bad job applying the lipstick. The staff at the property were very kind. We were there for less than 5 hours to catch an early flight.

Okay stay.

The room was comfortable; comfortable bed and pillows. AC was okay once it caught up; half through the night. It was off upon arrival and it was in high 90s. Bathroom suffices, is dated, but okay. Hot breakfast bare minimum consist of cubes scrambled blah eggs, blah sausage links, good waffles, awful weak coffee. Hardee's nearby on my route had great dark roast coffee and breakfast. Also, half of the building was recently flooded by sprinkler system and being aired out with fans. These fans were in breakfast area as well and well food cooled quickly.

The room is small with 2 queen beds. The fixed sheet kept coming off one corner. One chair. No hangers and no luggage rack. Thankful for working refrigerator to keep drinks cold and microwave. We did not use the breakfast due to very limited choices but okay for just a bite it appeared. make your own waffles. On day 2 of 3 nights, several roaches made an appearance in the bathroom. and ants found my cake on the nightstand. I had stayed here 5 years ago. I will not come back again.

I was worried after reading the mixed reviews for this property, but we were already planning on staying regardless so we just decided to wait and see. I am glad we did. Our shuttle from the airport was very nice, and the driver was a great guy who was very helpful regarding our trip. We found out even before arriving on site that there was a wonderful cruise port shuttle available. It is very affordable and leaves hourly Thursday through Sunday. Lucky us! We fell into those days, and booked our outgoing trip at check in. We also received our breakfast vouchers and room keys. The staff was very helpful about the area and where we could get a bite to eat. There’s a restaurant attached to the hotel, that delivers. Talk about easy! Our room was clean, my only complaint about it was that one of the blankets had burn holes in it. It was clean, just old and should have been replaced by that time. Also our phone to the front desk did not work. Small things in the big picture as our stay was very nice. I would gladly stay here again. I’d also recommend it to friends and family (even the ones that are picky) so far, so good though. Tomorrow morning we’ll see how breakfast is. I’m hoping it’s as great as the visit has been.

This was my first time at this type of property and my honest review. Whenni arrived i loved that dunkin and shells gas station was across the street. Parking was pretty easy as I arrived at about 8pm and there were plenty of spots to choose from. The hotel however presented a bit unclean in the lobby. Multiple brown spots in the wall when entering and rug was definitely run down. The front desk lady was not very friendly while checking in. We got our room ket and breakgast voucher and carried on. Upon entering there was a weird stench in the room and one of the kights were not working. I called downstairs and she quickly and easily gave me another room. The bede were very comfy and pillows were very soft. I checked for bugs and other possibilities of getting a hotel. The walls were thin as i heard a baby crying all night. But thats ok the halls were dingy and more spots in the ceiling. Overall the stay was worth the amount per night. Im very happy to rate this a 3/5 hotel. I cant give a review on the breakfast as it started at 7 and ended at 10 and we werent up yet. If i could make a recommendation i would say ipdate the halls to not smell funky and also make breakfast until 1030 or 11am. Otherwise good stay for us. Thanks.

Totally Dissatisfied

Arrived on time even though my flight was delayed. Upon arrival multiple people were smoking weed and cigarettes in the entrance. Trash was in bags on the ground. Upon entering no one was at the front desk counter for at least 25 minutes. When staff returned she indicated she was in the restroom - a note left on the front counter would have been appropriated. Upon entering the room it did not seem to be cleaned and had to order supplies to clean myself even after leaving because that’s the type of guest I am. Last but least the WiFi service wasn’t secured when I was given a password that didn’t give me an option to enter to access the internet to complete my work. The front desk staff did have any answer to assist in my complaint throughout my stay. The pictures of the hotel was almost false advertisement, the lobby itself was extremely clean and presentable unlike my too which reeks of smoke smells and mildew. The bed was soft and the best out of my entire experience. I honestly would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends.

I wouldn't book this place again. Although the price was nice for just 1 night, I wouldn't do it again. The surrounding area matched some of the guest staying there - sketchy! I booked a room with a king bed and ended up with a suite, that was nice. However, the room was not cleaned properly. There were dead roaches on the window sill, The 2nd bathroom tub was not clean so we could not use the shower. There were stains on the washcloths, what looked to be a cigarette burn and hole on the sheets, stains on the bathroom door, tub and walls like something has spilled. The curtains were falling and did not close all the way and the room smelled like ash tray even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. To get rid of the smell there was a dryer sheet stuck in between the vent of the AC that did not do the job. When I got off the elevator (of which only one worked and it was super slow), I was greeted by bags of garbage and a wet floor from the ice machine which did not get cleaned up until the next day.
