「Loved the proximity to campus and all the shops- great place to stay to hang out with your Hokie!!!」

「We ended up staying here for three weeks and truly enjoyed our stay. The Internet worked great. The Tv had some issues that reset every time the Internet did, and the front desk was helpful to come fix it again, but luckily we had our own TV and managed well. The kitchen set up and full sized fridge was a nice bonus. Gets busy on the weekends, to be expected, but they were all travel-throughs and we had no issues with noise or other guests. Would absolutely stay here again.」

「This is an older hotel, but you go here for the history which was incredible knowing that you are standing and walking on the sets of A great movie. That’s the best part and the reason why you come here. No air conditioning, but with the fans and low to mid 80’s, it was perfectly fine for us. Even got cold at night and had to turn off the fan. The staff were friendly. At here once, the pizza was not good at all for both of us. We ended up going off site to eat the additional two...

「The room and property were dirty. There was an unclean odor and vibe overall. We stayed here due to limited options with graduation weekend at Virginia Tech happening the same time we had a wedding to attend. Our bedspread had a red stain on it. The carpet had several white stains strewn in different areas. The chair in the corner was stained and filthy. We didn’t use it at all. The overall condition of the property was dingy. I guess our neighbors were smoking weed all night because it was...

「The Country Inn and Suites is not for us… it was quite old and we had bathroom stuff on the floor. No good.」

「For the one night we needed it, it served its purpose. Room was spacious enough, clean and comfortable, including the bathroom. The price was fantastic. Place does need some upkeeping and breakfast was kind of ok.」
