「From Valet guys were beyond amazing and room nice/clean and all staff BUT front desk were all pleasant and nice. FRONT DESK HAD SH*t face, didn’t even greet us.」

「We stay here everytime we come to St Augustine. We are only looking for a clean hotel, not much else since we arent spending much time there. We have had consistent cleanliness and service each time we have stayed at this property (3 times now). And its right next to the highway/gas stations/food. The historic district is only a few minutes away, and you definitely dont want to get caught in the traffic if theres an event there, better to stay outside of the historic district. Definitely stay...

「This is a brand new hotel & everything is new & nice! We liked that the rooms have LVP flooring and not carpet, feels cleaner. The parking is plentiful, but us through a 3rd party site that you pay $25 a day, we didn’t love that, but since most places downtown require pay for parking it’s on par.
