「Air conditioning did not work, it got quite chilly. Was told simply that it did not work.」

「The staff were very helpful - answered question. I checked in a day early, didn't have to move to another room. The only thing I found questionable was that the continental breakfast wasn't free and the choices were limited. I had coffee and a danish and yogurt for $18. Was not displeased with that.」

「The service from everyone was excellent. Very friendly, personal and knew the area well for recommendations. Isabella at the restaurant was amazing! She was genuine and made you feel welcome every time we saw her . The ladies at the front desk also excellent, sorry do not remember their names . 」

「My room was quiet and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciate being able to get an espresso in the lobby and the infused water too. This is my second stay here. It’s a good option for me when visiting family in Tarrytown. 」
