「We had an issue with our room. Staff was quick to come assess the situation and move us to another room and give us an upgrade. They also added free breakfast and drinks for our trouble. Great customer service. 」

「Overall a great stay. Everything is very new and modern. The staff were very nice and the location is perfect for walking around the city. My only issue was that parking felt like a scam. Almost $20 a day for an open access public parking garage that can get very full on the weekends. We struggled to find a spot sometimes. 」
