"Nice, comfortable stay, staff were excellent and very friendly!"

"This was my thrid stay, and it was the second time that I asked for cleaning of the room the day before, and it wasn't cleaned when i was out for the day. But the manager (Lily) was very helpful and calmed me down. Didn't understand why this happened to me twice. No communication between housekeeping staff and front desk? Otherwise, I had a great stay."

"My husband and I loved staying at the Ship Harbor Inn because the room was so big, clean, quiet, and pretty. We had a view of the water and could watch the ferry go in and out. Everyone who worked there was so friendly. I am looking forward to bringing my relatives there."

"Super cute hotel! A little over priced in my opinion but good location. The decor in the lobby is adorable. Beds were quite hard and uncomfortable and very thin floors and walls they break down the tables right outside at 10:30 so that was pretty loud but it was a friday night so can’t be too mad about that. Overall cute stay! Loved the area, wish we could have been there longer. "

"Nice resort style hotel. Room was large and was set up like a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. It had a full kitchen with full size appliances, fully stocked with dishes, including pots and pans. The beds were very comfortable with nice bedding on perfect mattresses, including multiple super awesome pillows and fluffy comforters. There were 2 full bathrooms. "We travelled with 2 young kids (3 and 4). The staff were fantastic. Great attitude and service. Everyone was highly attentive and in a great mood. They gifted some treats to our young kids upon arrival. They accommodated early check-in and rooming us near our friends. Fei was lovely at check-in and check-out. "My Son and I enjoyed our stay very much. We had a 2 bedroom, fireplace, balcony etc that was really comfortable and roomy. Having the beach across the street was awesome as the view is quite beautiful! When we come back next Spring we are planning to stay there once again."
