「AVOID AWFUL HOTEL.」

「Classic Britain hotel and the staff is frenidly, cheerful and helpful. Great place to stay.」

「Facilities were above standard, the spa was very good amoung UK standard. However the lady who served us in the reception was very unprofessional. She just helped us to check in only, without telling us where the facilities were, the time of breakfast, the wifi accessibility, the check out time etc. Seems she was not bother to talk to you.

「Good price with reasonable offer」

「Lovely hotel well positioned, but unfortunately the food from the menu let it down my husband had the chicken and pasta completely tasteless, wife had the slither of salmon she said it was okay, her sister and husband said the chips where cold sent them back redone and bought back out Breakfast was okay could have been hotter」

「Our second visit to the Menai and it won’t be our last. The staff are so lovely, helpful and friendly that you feel so welcomed and comfortable. The room was warm, spacious and the towels and bedding were clean. Lots of tea/coffee provided in the room and this was replenished by the staff whenever needed. Breakfast was freshly cooked and prompt as you order your choices the night before for a specific timeslot the following morning. Yes, the place has creaky old floorboards and the decor is...
