「Great base for exploring North Wales. Great view of the sea and the srrounding hills. Good restaurant and a nearby pier. 」

「We stayed in the family apartment which was a bedroom downstairs, a bedroom upstairs, a bathroom with shower and we had a small corner kitchen that had everything you could need. In a beautiful area, so quiet and peaceful, loved the scenery. Great communication off the owners and a warm welcome. Would recommend and would stay again」

「The Slate is a lovely place, clearly a lot of thought and care has gone into the decor. Everything was spotless and well looked after. I stayed in a single room that matched the photos perfectly and was surprisingly spacious (always a welcome surprise). 「The amenities for a small property is amazing. The bar downstairs is convenient with a nice outdoor seating area. The rooms are bright and comfortable. I had a great view of the mountains through my large skylight window. The staff are ready to help and have a great knowledge of the local area. It is 5 minutes to the pier and restaurants and other bars. I totally recommend this place. And will definitely stay here again. 」

「Booked specifically because the advert said free on-site parking. It did not meaning an uphill walk from the car causing problems for my husband who because of lung cancer has breathing and mobility problems. The cottage itself was excellent 」
