「Lovely house with everything we needed and plenty of space for our group of 7. The location was perfect, close to the beach and the coastal path for beautiful walks. The host was very accommodation and provided any information we needed, and the chocolate buns were very tasty!! There is a nice pub and a small shop within steps of the property and the fish and chip shop is just a short drive away. Thanks for an amazing stay, we had a great weekend! 」

The cottage sits on its own, and has a secure gated driveway, but the added convenience of being just off the main road into Criccieth and Pwllheli, and with a mile walk to the beach. Well equipped in the main, though take your own loo rolls! Booked through Hotels.com but actually through Sykes Cottages, who offered great service on the phone. 「Had a fantastic one-night stay, traveling with a friend on our motorcycle tour around Wales. Good parking for the bikes at the back of the guest house. fresh ground coffee on arrival. Lots of TV stations in the room. Had the best breakfast on our trip here. They even filled our flaskes when we left. Would reccomend.」

「The room was quaint, bathroom lovely. A nice welcome tray with biscuits and drinks. 3 flights of narrow stairs so we were glad the owner helped us with our suitcase. Would have been difficult and it’s definitely not for the handicapped. Our biggest disappointment was that no breakfast was served, especially as there’s a nice breakfast room downstairs - thought there should have been for the price. Nowhere local to eat breakfast although a mini supermarket nearby sold sandwiches. We assumed...
