「Stayed in one of the lodge rooms after doing the Welsh Three peaks. Being able to park right outside the room was a really helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the half price access to health spa was a real bonus. Will be staying again」

「We have stayed in this hotel several times now, and enjoy it everytime. The location is great with alot rooms looking out to the prom/sea. The bar is relaxed and great value for drinks. The hotel is within walking distance to the pier, the great orme and the town centre and a retail park.」

「The staff were very polite and was very helpful nothing was too much trouble. Room was cleaned daily. Food was very good and varied.The only criticism was that the main lift was out of order whilst we were there so had to use the smaller lift which often made it a longer wait to get to our room. 「Nice pool and a good breakfast but it is only served between 8-9 which we were not told. They kindly refunded us as we were unable to eat the first day. Entertainment nightly because of coach parties. 」
