Was not too happy being om the forth floor with my wife being disabled, in the event of a fire could not use lift we would have no way of getting out.

The lady at the reception very nice and kind. Overall stay was amazing. Only some minor issues I think should be looked into. Toilet was broken when we checked in but they were able to fix it soon. The shower and towel radiator were a bit funny shower kept on going cold and the towel radiator didn’t work entire stay. Otherwise it was nice.

The customer service at the check-in desk was absolutely terrible. The hotel staff was unfriendly and forced me to share my card details out loud at the desk. I will definitely sue this hotel if anything happens to my money.

I love the old feel of the hotel. There's a ballroom and a stage which adds to the character. Because it's old that means there are low ceilings and quirky room set ups. However the location to the promenade is really good. I think it's excellent value for the location

There was stains on the bed sheets, I could tell they hadn’t been changed the next day because the stains were still there. The floor mat for the shower was mouldy however the staff were very nice and the breakfast was very good.

Pictures don't represent the property accurately. The hotel is very old and unkept. The shower looks like Frankenstein with old pipes and new showers attached to it but it doesn't work properly. Hot water hardly come and when it does, it takes a long time so we wasted too much good water, so bad for the environment. Both the tiny shower tray and the tiny sink drain doesn't flow very well, the toilet seat cracked. To make it worse, the staff wasn't helpful. I sent my young teenage son to tell them the TV isn't working they didn't really listen to him, not knowing I was close by. When I came by the attitude changed and they said they'd check the TV. Parking is available but upon check in I told them that I have already parked on one of the bay the lady wasn't too happy because I haven't told them I need parking. Despite the fact that I tried to call the hotel but the hotel numerous times didn't answer. The swimming pool is small, old and looked dirty. Fire alarm went off twice and the hotel didn't try to notify guests of what is going on. We were all coming out of our rooms but nothing happened. I would not come back.
