The hotel is beautiful. The room was comfortable. We could hear the ocean waves at night, which was a relaxing way to fall asleep. The staff were thoughtful and friendly. Easy 10 min walk from the train station.

Such a convenient location for the shops and also the Theatre and restaurants. We did eat in the restaurant which was so pleasant and the staff are very helpful. They do Gluten free too, which was great for me the food overall is amazing. There is air con and a fridge which work very well.

This is a gem of a place. I travel to Llandudno a lot and I always try and stay here. Staff are extremely friendly. Lovely rooms. Clean and tidy. Food is fantastic. And a great location. I cannot fault it.

Lovely hotel,staff friendly,room allocated was small but did the job for one night.Would definately stay again but would possibly book a different type of room. Apart from this very satisfied,great to have parking too.

Lovely Hotel

The staff and the room were excellent,the only thing aboiut our room which had a sea view was that it could do with a couple of chairs to look at the excellent view or even to watch TV

HI, the hotel was recommended to us so for our 64th wedding anniversary we booked a sea view room. We were most impressed with the hotel, our room was really nice. The food was first class. The disappointment was there was no heat in the bathroom the radiator was not working. I advised the staff, all of whom were really nice a friendly. A guy came the next morning and bled the rad, but it didnt need bleeding he said "they need an engineer" . So for the duration of our say the bathroom was cold, very cold first thing in the morning. This was not what was expected of a premium hotel. However, putting that aside, we really enjoyed our say

Weekend away

Was delighted to see that this is a newly refurbished hotel. The rooms and restaurant were very tasteful decorated as well as being comfortable. They appeared to be a little short staffed in the restaurant at times but the staff there were friendly and helpful. The toiletries were exceptionally nice and the bathroom was spacious and clean. A great view from our room and good walking distance to the attractions we wanted to see. Biggest plus for us was the parking at the hotel.

The property is ideally suited for events at Venue Cymru, which is next door. We had a family room, fronting the promenade with a fantastic view of the bay.The hotel was renovated last year and there were many thoughtful touches. The usb ports are great for people who, like me, frequently forget to take a plug. There was an extensive selection of extras, and the milk was in the fridge. The breakfast was excellent with an extensive choice of items. But the most important question about the stay - how did we sleep? The beds were very comfy and it was an excellent night's sleep. Highly recommended!

Over night stay .

Haven’t stayed here for a while and booked last minute . Very nice rooms , very clean , everything you need . Choice of tea coffee hot chocolate and bottled water to drink with a pack of biscuits . Bed very comfy , bathroom very modern . Well worth the money we paid . Had a drink in the bar before we went out for tea and again when we got back . Great service . We didn’t stay for breakfast this time so can’t comment on that .
