「Our room location was great! Left turn and we could go to either pool or we where located right across the street from tower 2, turn right and we could go inside for coffee and the restaurant and exit to the parking garage for our car. The view was great! We had an ocean view, balcony room so we could see the outdoor pools and tiki bar from our room! 「This is an older hotel. The room had obviously been upgraded with new floors, walls painted etc. so it was not an unpleasant suite. But bathroom is very small by current standards for 2 people. We used our balcony and enjoyed the view. We did not eat breakfast. Staff were outstanding. We did have a drink by the pool. 「This was NOT what was pictured online. The room was gross. There was hair in the bathroom, the pillows were stained up. Gunk on the lamp shades. We didn’t even want to take our shoes off. We checked in and right when we opened the door it smelled. We didn’t stay the night there and they wouldn’t refund that night-only the next 2 nights. So disappointed, and I’m out $300!!」
