"Hotel was nicely designed & very comfortable. Unhappy with rundown neighborhood where it’s located. Didn’t like that there was no breakfast included. That was something we really liked at the Chattanooga Indigo. Breakfast restaurant next door had pretty poor service - it was pretty chaotic. Food was good though - when we finally got it!"

"My only complaint would be the additional $1 “service” fee added to the parking charge. Bad enough to have to pay for parking, but a service fee? C’mon."

"The air-conditioning was out in our room 363. They moved us to a new room 364 but the TV didn't work. "

"Hotel location was convenient to the Elvis Mansion and Graceland. Not so convenient to restaurants outside the hotel bistro. The bistro was very nice with light foods and wine and beer even though a bit expensive. Tyrone was pleasant and extremely helpful to meet us at our room and help carry baggage inside. Hotel was enclosed with card entry fencing which made us apprehensive at first but then realized how safe it was. Room was very clean and relaxing."

"This hotel is amazing and superior to many hotels, especially in the area. Yes the price is higher, but you definitely get what you pay for. 10/10 am looking forward to the next excuse i can find to stay at this hotel."

"Really appreciate a soap dish! The pillows were unremarkable. Didn't care for lack of privacy with barn door on the bathroom. But facilities were clean and comfortable. Liked having a fridge. Breakfast was ok."
