「Stunning」

「This was the ideal staycation of all staycation. I felt the slightest twinge of guilt having the place all to ourselves on the weekend before it all gets incredibly busy, but I got over that real quick. Sorry, not sorry, we lucked out. This was dreamy from decorations to decor to ambience: 1. Gorgeous inside & out 2. 「We stayed in the Villa so we really didnt have any interaction with the staff, other than at check in. The Villa is nice and cozy and very much right in the heart of downtown. Room was clean but could use some touch ups. Not complaining, just an observation. Plenty of towels and toiletries for the weekend. Def recommend the Villa!」

「The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten 」
