「The GM did make all of this right by us and I’m only leaving a review bc I rely on reviews when booking places and this one time I did not and it backfired. We were on a mom sons trips and arrived for just 1 night of rest before heading to beach on Monday morning and upon arrival at 1030pm we had to change rooms 3 times. First room the pullout couch bed was broken, second room had mold all over the pull out couch, and third room there were no sheets or blankets for the pullout couch for our kids...

「Avoid at all costs. Horrible. After traveling 12 hours they didn’t have our room. They had no record of it and the hotel was booked all the way up. Left us stranded with 2 children. Not a safe area. I heard a guest in lobby saying they had bed bugs in their room.」

「Overall, I would stay at this hotel again. Being picky, the pool was closed, probably for maintenance. In the room, it had a musty smell, so we made it colder, but it didn't go away completely. One of the overhead lights in the bathroom was burnt out. The room was clean and looked recently remodeled. It had a limited number of power outlets. The breakfast was very nice and met my expectations. The hotel was very nice, but just needed to "dot" the "i" and "cross" the "t".」
