" Wonderful hotel"

"Simply fantastic. Clean; sleek, modern decor; comfortable bed. The thermostat in the room actually worked! (unlike so many other places we've stayed) The breakfast was one of the best we've had at a hotel, including Starbuck's coffee. "

"My check-in was very slow, as there was only one person on-duty (about 5:00 PM) She was waiting on another person, so I had to wait about ten minutes for my 3-minute check-in. We were disappointed to find out breakfast was not included. The breakfast offerings were few and over-priced. We drove to a restaurant and had an excellent breakfast for 50% less cost. "

"I really enjoy the layout of Marriott's Residence Inn properties. The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom option works so well for families. The hotel was very nice. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. "

"My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was large, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was good and parking was easy. The location is perfect distance to walk to some nice downtown spots. We will definitely return to this hotel the next time we are in Omaha. "

"Spacious rooms. King size beds...big, comfortable with lots of pillows. Could have put a lil more sound proofing between floors but was not super annoying."

"The hotel was very clean. Room seemed updated and modern. Bed comfortable. breakfast was not impressive. Eggs were cold and not refreshed, simply a pan of egg crumbs. Pancake machine not functioning well. However the cinnamon rolls are good! Upon check out no one as the front desk. No bell to ring, no signage etc. waited nearly 10 minutes even after asking housekeeping to get someone. Tried to call front desk with no avail. Finally a man showed up and when asked why no attendants he snapped at...

"Close to Omaha downtown. Room had nice river view, but bathroom was not super wel maintained (rust in bath tub) and vanity drain was clogged, but that’s not a big concern. Very good breakfast and liked the pool. Good place to stay."

"The hotel is located near Blackstone and is an easy 15-20 min walk to popular hotels and bars. The hotel is right off of Dodge Street for easy access the all of Omaha. My stay here was pleasant - it was quiet and comfortable. My one complaint was that on checking in, both receptionists ignored us and failed to acknowledge us for a while as they talked and when they helped us, made it seem like an inconvenience. That was minor overall."

"Checkin was really easy and the room was very clean. I only took away a star because the hot tub was closed. They did offer an option to use the sister hotel’s hot tub across the street, but it was cold outside so we opted no to use that. "

"Staff was very nice. The room was clean, and we had a separated room with a sofa bed for our disabled loved one. Only dislike was no free breakfast. The property had a small restaurant but pricey."
