「Never again. The only reason we booked here was for the pool. Which was down for "emergency maintenance". This was more of a homeless shelter than a hotel. People cracked out sleeping on benches outside, "regular" guests were cracked out and shaking and yelling at walls or things that weren't there. Everything was broken in the rooms, the beds weren't made, the counter tops were dirty and sticky. There were weird stains on the carpets and curtians. None of the staff spoke or understood english...

「Our showers were cold. My poor kids were shivering in their showers. Wife & I also took reluctant showers. We called front desk & their response was it might be because people were returning to their rooms at 8pm and using showers. No hotel should have cold showers anytime regardless of use. 「The parking was great, the staff was awesome but there was literally just trash bags all over the hallways where people just left trash so over. But the swimming pool and staff were awesome. The breakfast was great to.」

「The room and bathroom were in rough condition. The room was also filthy. The top blanket also had dried food stuck to it. Check-in was not ideal it was not in person and on a screen with someone I could not understand. I was very disappointed with my stay and the lack of a front desk person. Would not recommend at all.」
