「I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cherry Hills in Omaha, and it was a five-star experience from start to finish—largely thanks to the exceptional front desk team. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff set a welcoming, professional tone. Check-in was fast and seamless, and they greeted every guest with genuine warmth. Whether answering questions about the area, accommodating requests without hesitation, or making checkout effortless, the front desk crew went above...

「Beds are incredibly, and everything all around was clean, cozy and safe!」

「Stayed for 5 nights, but the room was only cleaned once. When we complained to the front desk on our last night they said we had opted out of room cleaning. We were never asked at check in or any other time. When we then asked for partial refund we were told it was not possible because we booked the room with a third party. Not cool Marriott.」

「Would not reccomend staying here the internet is terrible tv skips in and out all the time because the wifi is very pour also found a cockroach running across the floor in my room kind of disgusting but surprising because the place looked clean quite unfortunate really」
