「Our family stayed for two nights and appreciated the clean room and comfortable beds. The breakfast selection was very good with hot and cold options that pleased each member of our group. The staff were friendly and courteous. Overall a great experience!」

「Big rooms! Great for families but not great if you want to sleep and have a quiet, normal stay. It’s just so loud. Kids running like crazy in the room above us. Doors constantly slamming in the halls and kids scream. We called with a noise complaint early in the morning and nothing changed. The breakfast is also lacking. Only eggs and sausage one morning. No waffles no oatmeal no biscuits and gravy on Saturdays. Pool was gross.」

「Stayed two nights and room was never checked on. No new towels or trash so I had to ask the receptionist myself for new towels and trash bags. Everything else besides that was decent.」

「The entire first floor reeked of cigarette smoke and the common area off the elevators had the same smell. We had a tough time getting the AC to work (tip- switch it off auto-mode) and when we called the front desk they were not very helpful. Checked in on the app and front desk said nothing had been done. No access to streaming apps on the TV and the shower was not great. We only stayed for a single night so it was fine, but for an extended stay I would have been super disappointed.」

「We stayed four nights and not once were we contacted by housekeeping staff to see if we wanted the room cleaned or additional linens. I don't know if this is protocol for a more than one night stay, but I found it unusual.」

「We stayed 2 nights - PROS: Parking was fine, check-in/out staff were friendly, each process simple, bits of the property we frequented seemed safe inside/out, rm was clean, well stocked with towels, plenty of decent quality pillows, most rms around us were filled but we barely heard anything from other guests that weren't passing by in the hallway, bldg has an elevator, bkfst buffet was varied, and our dog was welcome. CONS: Google map shows property on opposite side of road, and property sign...

「這次來住宿四晚，基本上這是提供一個簡單的房間，有冰箱、微波爐、瓦斯爐跟電視機。沒有提供個人清潔用品，如牙刷、沐浴乳等，衛生紙只有兩捲。簡單講，把它當作是民宿一部份應該不為過。每天不會清潔房間，除非您提出需要，再付一點費用就會幫您清潔，如果住一個星期以上的話，建議每星期打掃一次。 整體環境算是乾淨，靠交流道進，所以要去其他地方逛或是吃飯算是很方便，但是步行很難，基本上都要開車出去或是租Uber/Lyft等。 如果要便宜，這是一個好選擇，但是如果要享受住宿服務跟清潔的話，可能要多付一點錢去市區的高級飯店。」

「While the room was clean and the front desk clerk was friendly, this hotel is in very, very serious need of an update. Things in the room were broken (a shelf was hanging off a wall, there was no bar on the toilet paper holder so the roll of paper was just sitting on the sink, there’s no drain cover in the sink) or so poorly maintained that it was quite depressing to be there. We will most definitely look for better accommodations if we are ever in that area again.」
