I love that this hotel is pet friendly! Also the bed was very comfortable and check-in was fast and friendly. The area around the property could use a little clean-up. I didn't love walking my dog around the beer cans and broken beer bottles left by other guests.

Gabby and Tony at the front desk are very professional and accommodating. Great vibe, quiet clean place with comfortable beds and a very nice guest laundry.

The staff was stellar and the best part of the experience. No incentive to come back: no breakfast or food in the area. It's not dirty, but it needs renovations asap, the parking lot is dark and sketchy, and the sheets in the bedroom were worn and had stains. If you desperately need a place to stay, it will do for only one night.

Good Quality for the Price

Check in was fast and easy. There was a kitchen, stove, refrigerator, and a microwave in the room. The price was affordable and the staff provide excellent customer service. This place is hidden gem.

If you’re looking for a cheap place to hunker down for the night, not a bad choice. Gentleman at the counter was friendly and helpful! If you’re staying here, it’s probably better to check in before 10 otherwise you have to call someone to check you in.

The staff were wonderful. This was a stop along our journey. The building looked new but not so much inside. I should have done more research before I chose here. It is for long-term stays. There were a lot of construction workers staying there, seemed like for long term and lawn chairs, BBQ grills, hanging out in parking lot attended to that. They were very, very loud. The room was not clean - especially the floor, TV wouldn’t work. I’m glad it was just a one night stop. I made note for future references to stay away from these types of lodging. It’s not for us.

Check in was a complete hassle but the front desk gentleman was nice while he worked through the issue. The room was nice and clean and the place was organized and quiet. They do not, however, offer complementary coffee or tea as is stated on the Expedia website.

Works in a pinch

There were 4-5 dead roaches on the floor when we got to our room. Tv was missing a required cord which front desk fixed right away. Bedding seemed clean and the bed was fairly comfortable.

Broke down vehicles all over the parking lot making it difficult to find a parking space. First room we were goven had a dirry bed and broken microwave. The 2nd room we were given had a cockroach smashed on the wall next to theblighr switch, broken toilet seat and broken stopper in the bathtub. 3rd room was better except there were people running up and down the stairs all night, where they had the door propped open for others to come in. Staff waa nice, but wont stay there again. Worst hotel experience I've ever had. Didnt feel safe going out of the room or to the parking lot alone.

New owners are fixing up the place, so I don’t want to be too negative. No kitchen utensils, dishes or pots and pans although there was a kitchen. No blow dryer, I had to go out and buy one and two decent pillows as well. Front desk was nice and gave us extra towels. The hotel was quiet, so we slept well

It was okay, I didn’t realize when I booked there was not a lobby with coffee and other items. Had I have known there wasn’t complimentary coffee or any type of breakfast offered, I likely would have chosen another location. The staff were nice. Although my room was clean. But it needed curtains over the blinds to darken it a bit more for my liking.

A great night's sleep and a pleasant stay.

I had a very late check-in. The clerk was kind and courteous. I've had late check-ins at other motels and the night clerk is usually quite surly and has acted like i was interrupting their day. When I got to my room the AC was running so I didn't have to wait for the room to cool down. The room was very clean and comfortable. A cursory check of the bathroom showed there was barely enough toilet paper on the roll to last through till morning. I called the front desk and they delivered a full roll to me immediately. I got a good night's sleep and when I went to check out, the morning clerk was also friendly. Check out was easy and when I was asked how my stay was, I felt like the clerk genuinely wanted to know and wasn't just asking me because they were supposed to. I would gladly stay there again.
