「My family and I recently stayed at this hotel property for one night while on a road trip. We checked in on a Saturday night and checked out on Sunday morning. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, despite the fact that it was the 4th of July and fireworks were being shot off nearby. The front desk staff member took a little while to get us checked in, but it was because he was training a new staff member. I can't comment on the breakfast since we didn't try it, but it was a decent stay...

「We were too late getting to breakfast but they let is grab packaged rolls. We picked this motel for the hot tub. It was very dirty and the jets wouldn't turn on. We wouldnt have gotten in it due to it's nasty water. Pool was gross too. Staff was nice. Room was clean. 」

But what really thought was not up to Hotel standards was that the refrigerator you had in our room was frosted up with NO FREEZER DOOR ON IT.
