"Staff is friendly & helpful, parking is free & conveniently located. Breakfast is very good variety of food, and enough space to comfortably accommodate hotel guests. Room appears new or recently renovated, is clean, spacious & comfortable. Good location convenient to interstate & downtown. Old market, with lots of restaurants, is fun to visit."

"The place was great overall, and low-key, I honestly wasn’t expecting the bed to be as comfortable as it was. That was definitely one of the biggest highlights of my stay. My main issue was the TV. The remote didn't work at all, so I had to turn the TV on and off and manually change the input. Even after that, the TV still wouldn't work properly. I eventually had to connect my computer just to watch anything. I also tried calling the front desk multiple times to see if someone could help resolve the issue, but no one ever answered. That was probably the most disappointing part because it felt like no one was available to help when something went wrong. The bathroom sink was also leaking. Although the leak itself was minimal, it looked like it may have been neglected for some time. Behind the sink, visible reddish mold or buildup was beginning to form between the cracks, which definitely needs to be addressed. Other than those issues, I really enjoyed the place. Would I stay here again? Yes, mainly because the beds were so comfortable. If they addressed the maintenance issues and the front desk were a little more responsive, this could be a really great stay."

"The staff here were excellent - helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. The shuttle was able to pick us up super early and the driver was on time. They even had breakfast set out starting at 4AM for guests leaving super early for the airport! I don't think I've seen that available anywhere before 5AM. It was nice for our family of 4 to have some breakfast we could grab! Everything in the room worked great including very clean bedding and a cold AC. In some areas the rooms (main lobby and in the room) had dings, scratches, a missing towel rack, and stains on the lobby furniture, but overall those things didn't matter to us because the things we REALLY needed to work, worked great. Overall would give this place a 4 out of 5 stars due to excellent staff, and convenient for travelers. A few updates on the property and in the rooms would increase the attractiveness o the place and would likely fetch higher ratings. All in all - would stay again!"

"Heated pool was very cold but my kids didn’t care. Room was dated and there were a couple small dead bugs in the shower. Nothing major but didn’t feel super clean. Shuttle was okay, though directions where pickup was at the airport was confusing. Left before breakfast but they did give us a couple things to snack on for our early morning flight. I’d stay here again for the price and convenience. Staff was very friendly and helpful."
