"The Hotel was, in general, very clean. Rugs were unstained, no aggregations of dirt seen in stairwells or corners. Every option on the exercise bike in the fitness room worked. In the bedroom, all fixtures and amenities worked with the exception of the lower shower assembly: some leaking at junction between hose and wall (due to a leaky gasket/washer?) -- glad that drainer worked on tub so that I could take bath. However, there was one problem when I checked in: hair and other substance on floor in front of toilet in bathroom -- when I alerted hotel staff at the main desk, housekeeping addressed the issue. However, wish there had been a thorough inspection before assigning the room. Breakfast area very clean and food all attractive. Breakgast buffet included cooked oat meal, a favorite of mine."

"We were in room 529 and the thermostat wasn’t working. We were too tired to complain to the front desk The area south of hotel was very nice and many places to eat in the area All of downtown Omaha is one big construction zone"
