The staff was awesome.Everything was clean. We had no real problems and would recommend to anyone. The towels were super thin and scratchy but that’s typical and not really a complaint. Breakfast was great and overall a very nice stay

I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s been pretty good! I’m disappointed that they took out the hot tub and the homeless situation makes it not a 5! The property is cleaner than it was in the past!

Nice clean property. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were well appointed and clean. Bed was comfy. Close to lots of downtown restaurants and bars. We encountered lots of seemingly homeless people 3-4 blocks from the property, but not any closer than that. They were not a problem. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Every staff member was very friendly and helpful. We loved the noon checkout time, breakfast service until ten and the reasonable overnight parking fee. The decor in the room was clean but definitely dated.

We stayed in two rooms. The website says there is a whirlpool, it was covered with cement. The pool was burning my childrens eyes. It was extremely cloudy. The bathroom, in our hotel room, had no fans or vents so it got extremely hot fast. The fridge was ok, one room the fridge basically froze things, the other room things in the fridge we slightly cooler than room temp. Cleaning staff did a great job! Emptied our trash bins, remade beds, and gave us fresh linens for the bathroom. Anytime we left the hotel to do things, staff would go out of their way to say have a great day. When we returned staff would go out of their way to greet us. The continental breakfast was decent. Staff was great about keeping things stocked.
