My family and I really enjoyed the rooms as they are very spacious and nice large beds. They need to do a better job cleaning the rooms and the hotel needs to be updated/maintained. The parking was awful and very interesting characters on the street. The staff (especially the male manager) was super helpful and friendly.

It was very convenient to be able to find one single room for my family of 5. The kids and wife had a blast at the swimming area. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Omaha

The water park in the hotel is great for the kiddos and the pools are warmed. It’s nice the pools aren’t very deep either. The rooms only have one tiny little 4 gal trash can and it doesn’t seem like the floors get cleaned in the rooms or elevators as much as they should. But overall the stay was good and my kids had fun.

For a family wanting distractions for their children, you can't beat a waterpark right in the hotel. We had no complaints except the parking fees. If you don't need the waterpark, stay somewhere with free parking. Parking was only $15.00, but it seems like part of be hospitable is giving your guests a place to park their vehicle. But, comfy, quiet stay in the room. Everywhere else, probably going to have very excited children coming and going from the pool!

Had mold in our room on the wall, the bathtub was filthy and gross and the pool was so overly chlorinated it burned your eyes the moment you sit down next to it. It was bad enough it made my daughter throw up. Overpriced hotel when the pool is unusable and you still have to pay for parking and breakfast

It was just okay. Nothing special nothing horrible. Pool area showing its age and could be cleaner. Hot tub and pool temps were not warm enough. They charge $15/night for parking and the lot is small. Not enough slots and people parking on grass etc - needs to be addressed

Front desk staff and evening restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. Morning restaurant staff were miserable. Rooms, pool, towels, linens, shower curtains, walls etc very dirty and stained. Felt like we needed to shower after staying here. Location was fine but nothing to call home about. Extremely noisy at all hours.

The room was large and clean, very comfortable. The outside of the building was marked well as Holiday Inn, but it was extremely confusing where the entrance was and where one should park. Also, if you dug in, it did state there was self parking but it was somewhat hidden that there was a cost for the parking. Also, I didn't notice until after that we could have requested a shuttle to a nearby venue, it would have been nice if that was advertised a little better too.
