The staff was excellent. Great attitudes and service. The location is very convenient for food, the local parks, Old Town and very easy access to the airport. The property is showing some wear but is very clean.

Room was clean, comfortable and staff went out of their way to ensure I had a great experience! Common areas were very clean and inviting, bistro and bar were not available due to staff issues, but had a reasonably priced mini market for snacks and drinks! Definitely would recommend staying here and will certainly make it my preferred hotel!

My comforter had a large tear in it the first night, but staff was very responsive and brought me a new one. The next night though, that comforter had a large stain on it that they covered with another blanket. Other than linens, everything else was clean.

Really nice hotel and great breakfast, with very clean modern rooms, nice tvs, and really comfortable bedding and pillows and the bed was really nice, I was on a road trip and got an amazing nights rest. The area is really cool as well right downtown with some great restaurants right nearby in walking distance and an arcade bar right caddy corner with games and drinks fun for all ages. Will return if I am in Omaha and a great pricing for duh a nice hotel
