Mercedes 3 Stars Hotels

"We travel to Harlingen all the time, and this was our first stay in this hotel. The location is great, close to dining options and the highway without being too noisy. Staff was super friendly even when we had some issues with the booking, I truly appreciated their help. Rooms need to be updated a little bit, but they were clean and very comfortable. Our room in particular had a broken oven (door was falling off) which wasn't an issue because we didn't have to use it, and when we pointed it...

"The room appeared to be freshly remodeled and cleaned, however I did find a few pistachio shells on the floor that cleaner had missed. Somehow the tv remote was on the floor and under the far side of bed as well. Manager and receptionist where very friendly and responsive to my requests and made for a pleasant stay."

"The service and room were good. The bed was great and slept like a baby. The property is over 20 years old and it's starting to show. Continental breakfast a bare minimum for the price we paid. The Staybridge next door is newer and may try that next time. "
