This stay was great the staff made us fell welcome and were super accommodating. They made us aware of the in going renovations but we honestly never heard any noise whatsoever. I definitely recommend this hotel for your next stay in McAllen.

Everything was great we had a good week. A lot of things to shop and eat around the area. Cleaning staff was not friendly and they didn’t clean the trash cans properly in the room. But overall was great.

This hotel has horrible reviews. Honestly this place was clean. Every review I read was NOT true. From the dining area to our room we never had any issues. I’m very particular with hotels and this one was great! I’d definitely stay again.

Everything about this place is great! There's a Country Cracker Barrel literally next door, and it's about less than a mile from the McAllen Convention Center, with shopping and restaurants nearby. What I would highly recommend is for this hotel to please, please, PLEASE make better coffee for the continental breakfast. Thanks!

The hotel has a good location, near restaurants and shopping centers. The facilities are clean but some of them doesnt have the proper maintenance. the check in was fast, the breakfast was also good with good options and the breakfast schedule it is good enought. It is a good option but the hotel needs a little more of maintenance.

Very acceptable hotel and with good cleanliness. We liked the breakfast they offer, however we find it uncomfortable that they are so exact to remove things. The staff almost snatches everything and too quickly as if preventing anything from being eaten as soon as the clock strikes the end of breakfast. I think if you wait about 10 or 15 minutes after the hour, they would make a better impression on the guest

Great facility and staff but I can’t stay again.

The facility was clean and well kept and comfortable. The staff was helpful as well. The only thing I take issue with was the 51% sign on the door. I know it might seem silly but that signage is supposed to be reserved for businesses that derive more than 50% of their business from the sale of alcohol and there is no way in hell that place serves that much alcohol. For those of us who carry, it’s a concern. I won’t stay again where I can’t legally carry.
