「When I arrived to check in, I was handed my rooms key and told, "we have overbooked and as far as rooms go, you get what you get." I had prepaid for a king bed room. I received a double bed room. When I pressed the issue, I was told there were other hotels nearby if I wasn't going to take what I was given. I then asked about a late checkout. I was quickly told that would not be an option even though I had spoken to someone two days prior about it and they said it was something they could easily...

The bedding was comfortable, and I loved having a separate sitting room. If I attend another conference at the convention center, it will be my go-to place.」

We notified the staff (who apparently didn't know how a hot tub worked) It still wasn't working when we left, 6 days later. Had a coffee maker in the room, but had to request regular coffee, and front desk didn't seem to want to make any effort in finding any.」
