"Wonderful stay, clean, friendly staff, breakfast was nice. Couldn’t ask for more from a hotel "

"You get what you pay for. Breakfast was good, lot of space. The rooms are small and tv freezes a lot. Some of the front desk staff is rude, seems bothered to be there. It is pretty humid there and be prepared to do lots of walking when going to the elevator. "

"Check in was chaotic. The tunnel elevator was out of service with no sign leaving us waiting. "

"Not enough seating, not much food available at 8am "

"Room was dirty, bathroom had used soap in shower, food trash left in window, and random trash on floor in room. Bathroom only had 1/4 roll of toilet paper and when we ran out they took forever to bring more. Coffee bar staff was unorganized and unprofessional. Ordered ahead from room just to wait 30 mins at counter then to be told they were out. Manager was rude when requesting refund. "

"The breakfast was fresh, but the menu never changed. When we arrived, the water wasn't working in the whole hotel, and we weren't told that until AFTER we paid for the room. That was the case with some other guests as well. The rooms were cleaned only upon request. The drainage in the shower was AWFUL. The parking garage didn't feel safe as there were no barrier gates or doors to keep walkers from the street coming in and stealing and possibly mugging some folks. The hotel staff didn't seem confident or comfortable talking to guests and answering simple questions about the hotel and the surrounding area. "
